Refund policy

At NoNog. we are committed to customer satisfaction. Orders may be returned for refund (if applicable), exchange or credit note within 30 days from the date you received the item, provided the product is returned in its original condition and a receipt is provided if change of mind occurs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (hasn’t been fitted) and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase:

• Full Name and Postal Address

For any change-of-mind or incorrectly chosen purchases that need to be returned, the cost of return postage will be incurred by the customer.

For goods that require fitment our return policy cannot extend beyond the value/cost of the item ordered.

(Shipping insurance is encouraged as items that are lost or damaged upon return will not be our responsibility)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
